For the information of all the citizens under the jurisdiction of No. 9 Kakua Union Parishad, from now on you must bring your active mobile phone to register new births and deaths. You have to submit your application with the OTP that will be sent to your mobile while applying for new birth and death registration. Birth registration cannot be done without your mobile.
